Business Developer - Abia State
Afconrecruit Limited is hiring a Business Developer Associate to identify and onboard business owners (merchants) to Flexi MFB's Pay With Transfer solution. This is a field-based role requiring daily customer engagement in markets and commercial areas.
Responsibilities
- Approach and engage business owners in markets and commercial areas
- Educate customers on the benefits of Pay With Transfer (PWT)
- Onboard and assist merchants in opening business accounts
- Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets
Requirements
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Must reside in Lagos, Ogun, Abia, or Anambra
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, confident, and target-driven personality
- Immediate resumption prioritized
