About the role

Account Partner - EBU Sales

MTN Nigeria is recruiting an Account Partner to drive enterprise business sales across Sokoto, Kebbi, and Zamfara States. This role focuses on acquiring new corporate accounts, maintaining existing relationships, and delivering revenue targets through professional account management and strategic sales execution.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new accounts and development of existing corporate accounts
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to bill delivery
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing and prospective clients daily
  • Conduct research on potential customers and analyze their disposable income using data mining systems
  • Perform continuous industry analysis to identify new prospects and sales opportunities
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly corporate sales reports, contractual documentation, and status reports per MTN quality standards
  • Log, escalate, and troubleshoot all customer requests, queries, and complaints
  • Develop and maintain enterprise solutions sales strategy aligned with account development plans

Requirements

  • First degree in any related discipline
  • 3–7 years' experience in a related area of specialization
  • Previous experience working in a medium-sized organization
  • Strong experience collaborating with others
  • Fluent in English
  • Professional account management capabilities
