Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to management
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
- Manage schedules, correspondence, and administrative tasks
- Support day-to-day operations with strong organizational skills
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Secretarial Administration or Office Management and Technology
- 1–3 years post-NYSC experience in executive support to management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional discretion and efficiency
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Capable of handling confidential information responsibly
