Abuja Clinics is recruiting a detail-oriented and organized Personal Assistant to provide executive support to management in Abuja.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to management
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
  • Manage schedules, correspondence, and administrative tasks
  • Support day-to-day operations with strong organizational skills

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Secretarial Administration or Office Management and Technology
  • 1–3 years post-NYSC experience in executive support to management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
