Head of Housekeeping and Hospitality

Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Centre is seeking a Head of Housekeeping and Hospitality to oversee facility cleanliness, infection prevention, patient comfort, hospitality standards and housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across the facility.
• Ensure patient rooms, theatres, offices, waiting areas, washrooms and other areas are clean and presentable.
• Develop and enforce cleaning schedules, checklists and SOPs.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare hygiene and infection-prevention standards.
• Supervise proper waste handling, segregation and disposal.
• Manage the use, storage and replenishment of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Work closely with the clinical team on environmental hygiene requirements.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain high hospitality standards.
