About the role
We are seeking a fluent German-speaking Customer Support Consultant to provide technical support for broadband diagnostics issues. This is a remote role based in Lagos, Nigeria, with a fixed schedule of Monday to Friday, 10 AM–6 PM CET.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for broadband connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity problems
- Manage and prioritize multiple support requests effectively
- Communicate technical solutions to customers in German and English
Requirements
- Excellent German language proficiency (C1/C2 level, spoken and written)
- English proficiency (B2+/C1 level)
- Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity
- Ability to troubleshoot common connectivity issues
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Personal laptop or computer with minimum 8GB RAM
- Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
