About the role

We are seeking a fluent German-speaking Customer Support Consultant to provide technical support for broadband diagnostics issues. This is a remote role based in Lagos, Nigeria, with a fixed schedule of Monday to Friday, 10 AM–6 PM CET.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for broadband connectivity issues
  • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity problems
  • Manage and prioritize multiple support requests effectively
  • Communicate technical solutions to customers in German and English

Requirements

  • Excellent German language proficiency (C1/C2 level, spoken and written)
  • English proficiency (B2+/C1 level)
  • Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity
  • Ability to troubleshoot common connectivity issues
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Personal laptop or computer with minimum 8GB RAM
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
