About the role

We are seeking a fluent German-speaking Customer Support Consultant to provide technical support for broadband diagnostics issues. This is a remote role based in Lagos, Nigeria, with a fixed schedule of Monday to Friday, 10 AM–6 PM CET.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support for broadband connectivity issues
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity problems
Manage and prioritize multiple support requests effectively
Communicate technical solutions to customers in German and English

Requirements

Excellent German language proficiency (C1/C2 level, spoken and written)
English proficiency (B2+/C1 level)
Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity
Ability to troubleshoot common connectivity issues
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail
Personal laptop or computer with minimum 8GB RAM
Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
