About the role

Sales & Growth Manager

WatchGuard Group Limited is a leading safety, personal and asset protection company seeking an ambitious, commercially-driven Sales & Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, expand the client portfolio, and strengthen market presence in the private security sector.

Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets
  • Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across target industries
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and strategic partnerships
  • Secure new contracts for man-guarding, executive protection, patrol services, CCTV surveillance, access control and other security solutions
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

Business Development

  • Identify emerging market opportunities and develop market penetration strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and present tailored security solutions and proposals to prospective clients
  • Lead contract negotiations and support successful onboarding of new clients
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, industry conferences and business meetings

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
  • Conduct regular client engagement meetings and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and coordinate with Operations for excellent service delivery
  • Drive contract renewals and improve client retention

Strategic Growth

  • Work closely with Management to develop growth initiatives and expansion strategies
  • Identify opportunities for new service offerings and market diversification
  • Contribute to annual business planning and sales forecasting
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments and competitive activities

Collaboration

  • Work with Operations, Finance, HR and Administration teams for seamless service delivery
  • Support preparation of tenders, bids and RFPs
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline performance, revenue generation and market intelligence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Criminology or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, business development or account management
  • At least 2 years' experience within the private security industry
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong business development and networking abilities
  • High competency in relationship management and customer service orientation
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
