About the role

Sales Consultant/Deal Closer

We are seeking a confident, target-driven Sales Consultant/Deal Closer to join our growing team in Lagos Island. You will be responsible for closing deals, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Make persuasive cold calls to leads, prospects, and existing clients
  • Seek appointments with leads and new prospective clients
  • Identify and develop new sales strategies and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Present products/services (Real Estate/Land/Buildings/Investment) to prospective customers
  • Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Prepare sales reports and market feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or sales conversion
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Good knowledge of customer engagement, cold calling, and relationship management
  • Proactive, smart, innovative, organized, and result-oriented mindset

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month
