Van Sales Representative – FMCG

George Houston Resources Limited is recruiting a Van Sales Representative to execute daily sales routes across retail outlets and distributors in Lekki, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily van sales routes to assigned retail outlets and distributors
• Achieve set sales volume and revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Identify new sales outlets to expand market coverage
• Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at point of sale
• Collect payments and reconcile daily sales with cash/stock records
• Maintain the assigned sales van in good condition and ensure safe driving practices
• Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Valid LASDRI (Lagos State Drivers' Institute) card
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Prior experience in FMCG van/route sales is an advantage
