Client Strategist

A Client Strategist at Postscript will work with major brands to develop and execute SMS strategies that drive revenue. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create compelling content, build advisory relationships, and ensure customer growth through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling, innovative content for customers in the form of SMS campaigns, automations, and call to actions.
• Develop excellent advisory relationships with customers and strategize on new marketing strategies.
• Actively track, analyze, and iterate on customers’ results to ensure they scale effectively.
• Establish marketing best practices and maintain expert-level knowledge of the product and ecommerce marketing domain.

Requirements

• 3+ years proven experience in the direct-to-consumer space with strong knowledge of SMS, copywriting, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in e-commerce and e-commerce marketing.
• Passion for helping customers understand and execute ecommerce SMS strategy.
• Experience in a customer-facing role managing operator relationships and liaising with decision-makers.
• Skilled in streamlining workflows and managing complex processes.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, metrics-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written.

Salary USD $69,000 - $83,000 base plus variable compensation & significant equity.
