About the role
Human Resources & Administration Manager
An expanding oilfield logistics and rig support company is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to strengthen workforce management, improve communication, enforce professionalism, reduce staff turnover, and build a structured operational culture.
Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified personnel across company operations
- Manage onboarding and staff orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Develop staff retention and engagement strategies
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance
- Address cases of misconduct, absenteeism, and operational negligence
- Enforce company rules, discipline, and professional standards
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
- Improve employee morale and workplace culture
- Coordinate internal communication between management, operations teams, drivers, operators, and field personnel
- Implement proper administrative procedures and reporting systems
- Prepare HR and operational reports for management
- Support development of company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR, administration, or workforce management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage discipline and staff relations professionally
- Strong organizational and reporting ability
- Disciplined and professional demeanor
- Firm but fair approach to management
- Able to work under pressure
- Capable of managing diverse operational teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in oil & gas, logistics, transportation, construction, or heavy equipment operations
- Experience managing field staff and operational teams
- Knowledge of workforce compliance and operational coordination
