Digital Marketing & Social Media Officer

Zuwah is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Officer to create engaging content, manage social media channels, run digital campaigns, and design graphics for various digital materials.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across digital platforms
• Manage social media channels and grow online community
• Run digital campaigns and monitor performance
• Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media, ads, and websites
• Analyze metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and ROI

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field
• 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphics design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising, and content strategy
• Strong graphics design skills
