Housekeeper

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and equipment according to hotel standards. Respond to guest requests and follow safety and hygiene protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards
• Restock towels, toiletries, and other room amenities
• Clean corridors, stairwells, lifts, and other public areas as assigned
• Collect, sort, and deliver soiled linen and laundry as directed
• Report maintenance issues, damage, spills, or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Hand in lost-and-found items and report them correctly
• Respond politely and promptly to guest requests
• Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and confidentiality policies
• Keep trolleys and equipment clean and organized

Requirements

• SSCE / HND / OND / Bachelor's Degree qualification
• 2 - 4 PROVEN years of work experience
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with little supervision
• Honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Physical fitness (standing, bending, lifting, pushing trolleys for long periods)
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed
• Good communication skills and a courteous, guest-friendly attitude
