Sales Team Lead

Rosabon Financial Services Limited is seeking a Sales Team Lead to manage loan and investment sales activities. The role will be based in Nigeria with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team for loan and investment products.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service.
• Monitor and report on sales performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
