Senior Manager – IT Governance & Strategy

Responsible for leading and managing IT governance and strategy initiatives within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing technology strategies, ensuring compliance with IT governance frameworks, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps
• Ensure alignment of IT governance with organizational goals
• Manage technology risk and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic IT solutions

Requirements

• Strong background in IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Governance, Technology Risk, or Transformation
• Experience developing technology strategies and roadmaps
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, risk, controls, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with TOGAF, COBIT, and/or ITIL
• Financial services, banking, asset management, or other regulated-industry experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Salary ₦1,500,000 – ₦1,700,000 monthly
