Marketing Associate

Fort Knox Outsourcing is hiring Marketing Associates for multiple locations across Nigeria. This is a full-time role focused on promoting retail banking products, acquiring new customers, and driving revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote retail banking products and services
• Acquire new customers and open new accounts
• Drive deposit mobilization and revenue generation
• Carry out cheque pick-ups and revenue collection activities
• Prepare call memos and target market lists
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products and services
• Reactivate dormant accounts and strengthen customer relationships
• Assist customers with loan request documentation
• Promote electronic banking products and services
• Maintain accurate records and submit activity reports
• Ensure compliance with information security policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in any relevant discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service orientation
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Good knowledge of banking products and services
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in computer applications and banking systems
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous sales, marketing, or banking experience (advantageous)
• Smart and professional appearance with good dress sense
• Confident, assertive, enthusiastic, and positive personality
• Target-driven, results-oriented, and strong team player
• Strong work ethic and integrity

Salary

₦215,000 net monthly
