About the role
Telemarketer
Electronics/Home Appliances is recruiting experienced Telemarketers to drive sales through outbound calling and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services
- Deliver sales pitches, explain product features, and address customer concerns
- Identify prospects, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups or appointments
- Record customer information, call outcomes, and feedback accurately in CRM systems
- Handle inbound inquiries and build lasting customer relationships
Requirements
- Proactive and smart problem-solving mindset
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Smartphone ownership required
- CRM tool experience is a plus
- Must reside in or around Ogba, Lagos
Salary
N80,000+ monthly, plus sales conversion bonuses
