Teller

We are seeking a detail-oriented Teller to join our banking team. You will be responsible for processing customer transactions, providing excellent service, and promoting banking products while maintaining strict security and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money transfers, and payments
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on banking products
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and security protocols to prevent fraud and minimize losses
• Balance cash drawers daily and oversee ATM transactions
• Recommend and cross-sell bank products and services to meet targets

Requirements

• OND (Upper Credit) or higher
• Maximum age: 27 years
• Previous experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service
• High attention to detail and strong mathematical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency
• Must be residing close to the work location
• Male candidates preferred

Salary

₦150,000 net monthly salary
