Locator.ng is seeking a Male Regional Sales Manager to train and supervise sales agents, monitor market activities, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new sales agents.
• Monitor sales agents across assigned markets.
• Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
• Provide regular market updates and feedback to the CEO.
• Follow company directives and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Must visit assigned markets regularly.
• Must be present in the markets at least 4 times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
• Must clock in and clock out during market visits.
• Must provide clear and timely feedback to management.
• Must strictly follow company directives and instructions.
• Male candidates only

Salary

• ₦70,000 Monthly + Commissions
