Market Place Process Improvement Analyst

Konga Online Shopping Limited is seeking a Market Place Process Improvement Analyst to serve as a key liaison between Marketplace and tech teams, driving operational efficiency and optimal user experiences across seller and admin platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Marketplace teams and Konga tech teams
• Serve as the dashboard of the marketplace, ensuring merchant and admin user experiences on SellerHQ and frontend platforms are optimal
• Continuously partner and communicate with Marketplace teams and Help Desk Support on system and process changes
• Ensure all platform changes are thoroughly tested prior to launch and track effectiveness post-launch
• Identify, troubleshoot, and log bug fixes and new feature requests with tech teams
• Understand and document all Marketplace sub-team processes and policies; identify gaps and optimization opportunities
• Assist all marketplace teams with data access and information
• Implement lean processes into marketplace operations
• Stay updated with ecommerce technology trends

Requirements

• Strong liaison and communication skills between technical and non-technical teams
• Process documentation and optimization expertise
• Understanding of ecommerce platforms and marketplace operations
• Testing and quality assurance knowledge
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Familiarity with lean methodologies
• Knowledge of ecommerce technology trends
