About the role

Territory Sales Manager

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets
  • Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners to maximize sales performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 4–5 years of sales experience in the Telecommunications industry or a related industry
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
