Business Development Manager

Eden Solutions & Resources Ltd is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to drive high-value business growth in the financial services sector. You will report directly to the Managing Director/Founder and lead the business development team to identify and close large-scale opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities, ranging from multi-million to billion-naira deals
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients in the financial services sector
• Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets

Requirements

• 5–8 years of business development or relevant experience
• Proven track record of closing large-scale deals
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Leadership and team management capability

Salary

₦700,000 – ₦1,000,000 per month
