Branch Manager

Oversee daily operations, team leadership, quality control, sales, and financial oversight at a Raheti Foods branch. Ensure high service standards, maintain customer satisfaction, and manage inventory and staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of the kitchen, front-of-house, customer service, and security units.
• Supervise, schedule, and motivate branch staff to maintain high service standards and discipline.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and food presentation guidelines.
• Drive branch profitability, handle customer feedback professionally, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor daily stock levels, minimize wastage, and work closely with the accountant to track daily revenue.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of active career experience in a management or supervisory role (hospitality or fast-food retail experience is highly preferred).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure during peak dining hours.
