Salesforce Specialist / Certified

We are hiring Salesforce Specialists at Intermediate, Specialist, and Consultant levels for our Lagos office. This is a full-time role requiring advanced technical expertise in Salesforce platforms, enterprise integrations, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced Salesforce solutions with expertise in APIs, automation, and enterprise integrations
• Manage DevOps, deployment pipelines, and release management processes
• Collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams (product, engineering, QA, business)
• Work under defined timelines while adapting to changing priorities and demands
• Translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions
• Implement secure configurations and integration practices aligned with enterprise standards
• Support testing, defect resolution, and release validation activities
• Maintain technical documentation, release artifacts, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent
• 7–15+ years of relevant professional experience (depending on role level: Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant)
• Must have completed NYSC
• Advanced experience with Salesforce platforms, APIs, automation, and enterprise integrations
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban)
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale digital, IT, or technology environments
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, access control, and compliance standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a delivery-focused mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with root cause analysis and quality improvement practices
• Ability to work within enterprise governance and quality assurance frameworks
• Understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance optimization concepts

Advantageous: Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Salesforce certifications)
