Poultry Processing Operator

Lohachy Farms is seeking a Poultry Processing Operator to carry out assigned processing activities safely, hygienically, and efficiently, ensuring products meet the company's quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate the processing line (slaughter, scalding, defeathering, evisceration, washing, chilling, cutting, deboning, weighing, packaging, loading)
• Ensure correct trimming and portioning
• Verify products meet weight and quality specifications before packaging
• Ensure labels are accurate and properly attached
• Ensure professional use of manual and automated equipment
• Carry out equipment and facility cleaning after processing
• Comply with company standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years' experience
