Credit Underwriter Executive

Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited is seeking a Credit Underwriter Executive to assess the creditworthiness of potential customers and mitigate credit risk. This role is critical to the company's credit decisioning process.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze creditworthiness of potential customers based on risk criteria
• Evaluate quantitative details in applications for objective, fact-based decisions
• Review credit applications for deviations from company policy
• Communicate credit concerns and quality assurance issues to business areas
• Ensure credit approvals and KYC requirements are met, and documentation is executed
• Conduct credit bureau searches (CRS & CRC reports) and email verification
• Prepare Transaction Consummation Reports and review final checklists
• Support loan covenant monitoring, risk rating, audit preparation, and recovery as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 2–4 years' experience in credit underwriting
• Strong analytical, investigative, and negotiation skills
• Banking, fintech, or financial services experience preferred

Salary ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 Gross Monthly
