Website Developer / Social Media Manager

About the Role

Techdroid Integrated Services is seeking a skilled Web Developer/Social Media Manager to develop and maintain websites while managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving online brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize websites
• Ensure website responsiveness, functionality, and security
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings
• Monitor website performance and resolve technical issues
• Manage hosting, domain configurations, backups, and security
• Integrate third-party applications, APIs, forms, and payment solutions
• Generate and analyze website performance reports
• Develop and implement social media strategies
• Create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other platforms
• Grow online audience and engagement
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and comments
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns
• Produce monthly analytics and performance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams on product, service, and event promotion

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in web development and social media management
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress
• Basic knowledge of PHP and website hosting management
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimization
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong creativity and content development abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Demonstrable portfolio of websites and social media campaigns
