Copywriter / Content Creator

Fhemfel Home Limited is seeking a creative, results-driven Copywriter / Content Creator to craft compelling marketing copy and produce engaging visual content. The role involves writing persuasive copy across digital and print media while actively appearing in and conceptualizing video content to elevate the real estate brand.

Responsibilities

• Draft high-converting copy for video scripts, email newsletters, brochures, ads, blog posts, taglines, and marketing campaigns.
• Conceptualize, script, and feature in social media and promotional video content in collaboration with the video production team.
• Align content tone with brand guidelines, conduct keyword research, and optimize digital copy for SEO performance.
• Research real estate developments, audience demographics, viral trends, and competitive positioning to generate high-performing content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in copywriting, content creation, or a marketing role (experience in the real estate sector is an advantage).
• Strong storytelling, proofreading, and SEO copywriting skills.
• Comfort appearing on camera and collaborating on video production concepts.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
