Sales Officer / Sales Executive

Coleman Technical Industries Limited is hiring a smart, proactive, and result-driven Sales Officer to join our team in Abuja. You will be responsible for driving product sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the achievement of company revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and manage existing customer accounts
• Promote and sell company products to distributors, retailers, and key clients
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports
• Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and feedback
• Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and client interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Participate in marketing activities, trade visits, and product promotions

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in cable manufacturing or industrial company is an added advantage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Age: 22–30 years
• Must be male or female
• Residing within Abuja (FCT) or close to Dan Kogi Junction is an advantage
