About the role
Market Lead
Nimojen Group Limited is seeking a Market Lead to drive commercial growth, revenue generation, and market expansion across the Group. This strategic role will lead marketing and business development initiatives to promote and position the Group's products, services, and solutions in local and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue-driven marketing and business development strategies across all subsidiaries
- Drive commercial growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities
- Lead marketing and sales positioning of products, services, and strategic initiatives
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration, customer acquisition, and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, investors, and strategic partners
- Lead proposal development, presentations, business pitches, and partnership negotiations
- Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns for visibility, lead generation, and conversion
- Collaborate with communications, creative, digital, strategy, and project teams
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and profitability
- Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, competitor activities, and industry opportunities
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, lead generation systems, and CRM processes
- Prepare revenue forecasts, business development reports, and commercial insights for leadership
- Establish annual revenue targets, growth objectives, and performance metrics
- Lead and manage the marketing and business development team
- Drive achievement of annual business, revenue, and growth targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, business development, sales, or commercial strategy
- Proven track record of revenue generation, client acquisition, and business growth
- Strong experience in integrated marketing, strategic partnerships, and commercial negotiations
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital marketing, and market expansion strategies
- Demonstrated ability to convert marketing efforts into measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management, networking, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic, growth-driven environments
- Master's degree or professional certification in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Strategy (preferred)
