Resurgir Consulting is recruiting sales-driven professionals to actively source and convert courier business opportunities daily across Lagos.

This is a field-based sales role focused on practical client acquisition—not meetings or presentations. You'll identify businesses that need courier services, introduce PNCE solutions, and convert them into paying customers.

Responsibilities

• Source new courier clients daily through physical office visits
• Introduce PNCE courier services to target businesses
• Follow up aggressively on leads and convert prospects to clients
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Report daily activities and visit metrics
• Generate measurable shipment volumes
• Collaborate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to increase delivery volumes

• Law firms
• Hospitals and laboratories
• Banks and financial institutions
• Schools and universities
• E-commerce vendors
• SMEs and corporate offices
• Import/export companies
• Businesses requiring inter-state or same-day dispatch

Requirements

• Previous experience in courier, dispatch, logistics, sales, marketing, or field operations
• Confidence communicating with business decision-makers
• Physically active and willing to travel within Lagos
• Result-oriented with strong accountability
• Basic customer relationship management skills
• Good communication ability
• Existing contacts in SMEs, legal firms, medical labs, online vendors, or corporate offices (advantageous)
