Sales Executive

Neohomes Limited is seeking a Sales Executive to drive property sales and build strong client relationships in a high-growth real estate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Convert leads into property sales
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Conduct property inspections and client presentations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads effectively
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deals
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2–4 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient
  • Strong sales initiative and strategy
