Sales Executive
Neohomes Limited is seeking a Sales Executive to drive property sales and build strong client relationships in a high-growth real estate environment.
Responsibilities
- Convert leads into property sales
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Conduct property inspections and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads effectively
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deals
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2–4 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient
- Strong sales initiative and strategy
