BONS Industries Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations and commercial activities. The role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational and commercial functions of the organization.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Manage teams and multiple functions effectively.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Professional certification/membership with CMI, NIM, or equivalent.
• 15–20 years’ relevant experience, including 6–10 years in senior management.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing, sales, distribution, marketing, business development, and personnel management.
• Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, strategic planning, and decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
