About the role
Manager, Marketing & Sales
We are seeking an exceptional commercial leader to drive strategic growth, market expansion, brand positioning, and revenue generation across our group of companies' technology advancement, fintech, and revenue enhancement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead revenue generation initiatives for LRP, RevPay, RevBill, TechPay, and other enterprise solutions
- Drive market penetration across government institutions, enterprises, and strategic sectors
- Build and manage strong business relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Oversee brand management, digital marketing, campaigns, media visibility, and product positioning
- Lead sales pipeline management, forecasting, and conversion optimization
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel alliances
- Supervise and mentor the marketing and sales team to achieve aggressive commercial targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform business strategy
- Prepare periodic business performance reports for executive management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum of 8–12 years' relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development, or commercial leadership
- Strong experience in fintech, technology solutions, SaaS, revenue systems, or public sector engagement
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and business analytics
