Construction Lead

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing on-site construction activities across various sectors such as oil and gas, EPC, industrial, and infrastructure. Ensures compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and company standards while working closely with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage on-site construction activities mobilization through teams.
• Oversee structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation works.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved engineering drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and company standards.
• Monitor and implement actions with Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, QA/QC, HSE, and Commissioning teams.
• Manage contractors/subcontractors for compliance with contractual, HSE, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• COREN NSE registration (an added advantage).
• PMP, PALS, and HSE level certification desirable.
• Minimum of 10–15 years' experience in construction management within the Oil & Gas, EPC, Industrial, or Infrastructure sectors.
• At least 5 years in leadership.
