Field Auditor

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Auditor to evaluate operational processes, ensure compliance, identify risks, and support effective governance across its operations. The ideal candidate should have auditing experience within a microfinance or lending institution and be willing to travel across Nigeria for audit assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits and operational reviews across branches and locations.
• Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations.
• Assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks, control weaknesses, and process gaps.
• Recommend corrective actions and risk mitigation measures.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and management interventions.
• Maintain communication with management regarding audit findings.
• Evaluate operational performance using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Support continuous improvement of internal controls and business processes.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Auditor in a Microfinance or Lending Institution.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and internal control processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and databases.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and travel for field assignments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Starting from ₦174,000/Month
