Operations & Expansion Manager
About the Role
Shoelab NG is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations & Expansion Manager to lead the company's expansion initiatives and support operational excellence across locations. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business locations, coordinating outlet setup, managing vendors and contractors, and ensuring new branches are launched in line with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suitable locations for new outlets
- Coordinate branch setup activities including contractors, vendors, equipment, branding, and operational requirements
- Develop and manage project timelines for expansion activities
- Ensure new branches meet company operational standards before launch
- Monitor project budgets and report progress to management
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners during expansion projects
- Support process improvement initiatives across existing branches
- Prepare operational reports and recommendations for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in operations, project management, business development, or branch expansion
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience opening new business locations or retail outlets
- Experience working within service-based businesses
Salary
₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month
