Marketer – Citygate Global

Citygate Global is seeking a Marketer to support customer acquisition, loan portfolio management, and marketing activities for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on KYC requirements and assist clients and account managers through the account opening process
• Prospect loan customers
• Book good loans and manage loan repayment collection
• Conduct proper follow-up on existing customers
• Daily monitor of the loan portfolio
• Review client documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Follow up with clients on required documentation and escalate to appropriate Account Managers where necessary
• Contribute to daily marketing activities
• Grow the bank's customer base
• Advertise the bank's products

Requirements

• Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements
• Ability to manage client relationships and documentation
• Understanding of loan processes and portfolio management
• Marketing and customer acquisition skills
• Compliance and regulatory awareness
• Strong communication and follow-up abilities
