Sales & Marketing Manager

Betplus is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, user growth, retention, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer acquisition and user growth
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Drive retention strategies

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in betting, gaming, entertainment, or tech is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of social media, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and customer acquisition
• Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work with targets and deliver measurable results

Salary ₦200,000 basic salary + performance-based commission
