Junior Web Developer

This full-time, on-site role includes a 3-month intensive training program to help you master web development technologies and deliver excellent user experiences alongside our senior developers.

Responsibilities

• Convert designs into HTML/PHP/REACT pages
• Develop websites using Laravel
• Design and create databases for web applications
• Connect HTML/PHP pages to MySQL databases
• Deploy websites to production
• Manage cPanel administration and SSL implementation
• Implement website security best practices
• Optimize features for speed and scalability
• Write clean, readable, and testable code
• Update and fix existing web page issues
• Meet team deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months professional web development experience
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of React, HTML, CSS, Java, and web development tools
• Core working knowledge of PHP and Laravel
• Database design and development experience (MySQL/MSSQL)
• Web application and search engine optimization knowledge
• Experience with UI/UX design
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated, flexible, and organized approach
