Graphics Designer

Vectra Co., a fast-growing business venture development ecosystem offering marketing, branding, sales, media, and technology solutions, is seeking a Graphics Designer who can move comfortably between quick daily social content and larger brand projects across multiple brands. This is a high-output role — a typical week combines routine post design with larger projects such as brand guides and campaign asset packs.

Responsibilities

• Design daily social content, single posts, carousels, and campaign visuals across multiple brands
• Produce brand guides, highlight sets, presentation decks, and other larger creative projects
• Work from briefs and apply brand guidelines accurately and consistently
• Turn around corrections and revisions promptly, reducing repeat corrections over time
• Keep files organized, properly named, and cleanly handed over
• Collaborate with the Social Media Marketer, Community Growth and Engagement Manager, and Sales team

Requirements

• At least 2 years' hands-on graphics design experience (social media, brand, and campaign work)
• Portfolio showing range from quick single-post content to larger structured projects
• Strong command of standard design tools; ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
• Comfort managing multiple brands and briefs in parallel; clear communication when blocked
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently once a brief is understood

Salary ₦200,000 monthly
