About the role

Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our commercial team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at prospecting, building relationships, closing deals, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Prospect and qualify leads
  • Conduct customer meetings and product presentations
  • Prepare quotations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close sales
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years' proven B2B sales experience
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • CRM experience (required)
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
