FX Trader / Treasury Officer

CAPSEND Finance Services Limited is hiring an experienced FX Trader / Treasury Officer to monitor foreign exchange markets, manage currency exposure, and support risk minimization in a fintech/financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor foreign exchange market movements and rate fluctuations
• Analyze currency trends and provide market insights to management
• Execute and manage FX trading and treasury-related activities
• Support pricing strategies and FX risk management processes
• Maintain optimal FX positions and minimize exposure to foreign exchange losses
• Prepare periodic treasury and FX performance reports
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams on settlement and liquidity planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in FX trading, treasury management, or financial markets
• Strong understanding of FX markets, treasury operations, and cross-border payments
• Experience in fintech, banking, remittance, or financial services industry (preferred)
• IMTO experience (added advantage)
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
• Professional certifications (added advantage)
