About the role
HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and drive organizational development through effective talent management and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Oversee employee relations and workplace engagement initiatives
- Drive performance management processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience
- At least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Labour Law
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- CIPM or other HR certification is an added advantage
Salary
₦400,000 – ₦600,000 monthly
