Marketing Manager

Jobberman Nigeria Recruitment is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate should be commercially minded, creative, analytical, and capable of managing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity
• Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and brand communication
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
• Track and analyse marketing performance and prepare reports for management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing or brand management
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and related channels
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and creative thinking ability
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with marketing analytics tools is an advantage

Salary

NGN 250,000 monthly (net)
