Sales & Operations Manager

We are hiring a Sales & Operations Manager to drive sales growth and oversee daily restaurant operations in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. This role combines strategic sales development with operational excellence in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies and source corporate clients
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and hygiene standards
• Monitor inventory, prepare reports, and support business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years' experience in restaurant, hospitality, or sales operations
• Strong leadership, sales, communication, and organisational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems is an advantage

Salary

₦180,000 – ₦200,000 per month
