We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand presence in the polythene manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth
• Expand market share and strengthen brand presence
• Manage and inspire a marketing team to achieve business objectives
• Conduct market research and develop sales strategies
• Manage customer relationships and business development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, plastic or related industries
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a marketing team
• Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools
