Experience Center Agent

GIG Logistics is hiring Experience Center Agents to provide exceptional customer service and manage parcel operations across Nigeria. This is a full-time role supporting walk-in customers and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with product and service enquiries
• Ensure proper handling, inspection, scanning, and release of parcels
• Resolve customer complaints and deliver services in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Promote and cross-sell GIG Logistics products and services

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Must have completed NYSC
• Computer literate
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
