About the role

Admin / Facility Manager

We are seeking an experienced Admin Officer / Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and smooth operation of our company's facilities across multiple locations. This hands-on professional will ensure all facilities, equipment, utilities, and administrative support systems function efficiently while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and management of all company facilities to ensure optimal functionality and safe working environment
  • Conduct regular inspections of company premises, equipment, and infrastructure to identify maintenance needs
  • Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and servicing of office equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure
  • Ensure uninterrupted availability of essential services (power, water, internet, security, cleaning, etc.)
  • Supervise vendors, contractors, artisans, cleaners, security personnel, and maintenance service providers
  • Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance schedules, repairs, expenditures, and administrative activities
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of office and facility supplies
  • Prepare facility and operational reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Respond promptly to operational emergencies and facility-related incidents
  • Manage head office facility operations and administrative functions
  • Oversee maintenance and operational efficiency of all branch and remote facilities
  • Conduct periodic visits to locations to assess facility conditions and compliance
  • Interface with local authorities, regulatory agencies, landlords, and service providers

Requirements

  • Minimum HND in Business Administration, Facility Management, Estate Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in administration, facility management, or operations management
  • Strong knowledge of facility maintenance processes and administrative operations
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Hands-on approach to operational and facility management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative reporting tools
  • Ability to travel between company locations when required

Salary

NGN 300,000 – 350,000 per month
