Travel and Visa Consultant

Job Summary

Pruvia Integrated Limited is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Travel & Visa Consultant to manage travel bookings, visa applications, and end-to-end trip planning for clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable travel options, destinations, and packages tailored to their needs and budgets.
• Handle flight bookings using Galileo and Amadeus GDS platforms.
• Arrange accommodation, airport transfers, tours, and complete trip itineraries for clients.
• Process visa applications for major destinations including e-Visa applications, and guide clients on documentation and interview preparation.
• Provide accurate information on visa requirements, travel insurance, and currency exchange.
• Upsell additional services such as travel insurance and airport pickup where applicable.
• Monitor travel regulations, policy changes, and industry trends and update processes accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Provide after-sales support and collect client feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements

• Possess a HND / B.Sc. in any discipline — Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration is an advantage with 1 – 3 years of experience in a travel agency or visa processing role.
• Strong working knowledge of visa application procedures for major countries.
• Proficiency in GDS booking systems — Galileo and Amadeus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
