Legal Associate

Respected Solutions is seeking a qualified, detail-oriented Legal Associate to provide legal support to the organisation conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising on operational matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide advice on legal/regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support legal risk management and provide recommendations
• Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders
• Assist with preparation and management of legal documentation and records
• Support dispute resolution and litigation matters when required
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the business
• Provide general legal support to management and other departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) and Barrister at Law (B.L)
• Minimum of 4–10 years' relevant legal experience
• Corporate and commercial law experience is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian laws and regulatory requirements
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Salary ₦400,000 monthly
